Pension & Retirement Planning
To help you save for your retirement, Diligenta will enrol you into our pension scheme. You'll pay a minimum contribution of 4.5% of your base salary - with contributions matched up to 6% (12% in total).
Group life assurance
We provide some financial protection for your nominated beneficiaries, should you die before reaching retirement. You will have cover level of four times your base salary up to age 75.
Group income protection
We provide some financial protection for you if you are unable to work due to ill health. The cover level is 65% of your base salary, less a fixed deductible amount, until state pension age.

Private healthcare
Senior roles get private healthcare cover paid for by Diligenta. This provides access to dental and medical diagnosis and treatment. You can also add your family members for an additional payment.

Time out
Life's not all about work, and time out is essential. Your annual leave varies according to your grade, ranging from 23-25 days per year (pro rata for those working part-time), with bank holidays on top.

Supporting your chosen charity through this Give As You Earn (GAYE) scheme enables you to donate via monthly salary sacrifice - helping charities and people in our local communities.
My Car Lease Scheme
Go ‘green' and bag yourself an electric vehicle. You could lease up to two brand new cars over a 2- or 3-year period, and pay for them through monthly payroll salary sacrifice payments.
