We are seeking an HR Advisor or Consultant who is looking to take a step up in their career into an HR Business Partnering role.  In a small team of 3, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our people agenda across the business. What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with business leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that support business objectives and the Diligenta People Proposition.
  • You’ll provide expert HR advice and coaching on employee relations, policies, procedures, employment law, and people best practice.
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent development and organisational design, ensuring teams have the capability and resources needed for current and future success.
  • You’ll lead and support change programmes and HR projects, driving successful people outcomes and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Using people data, insights and HR metrics to identify trends, manage risk, inform decision-making and improve business performance.
  • You will be pivotal in driving employee engagement and culture initiatives, embedding Diligenta's values and behaviours to enhance the colleague experience and strengthen the employer brand
  
What we’re looking for

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a strong understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation; project management experience would also be advantageous.
  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience, including managing organisational change, employee relations, performance management, and supporting complex change programmes.
  • Experience of TUPE transfers and multi-site operations, with the ability to operate effectively in a commercially focused, corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively with employee representative groups, unions, and senior business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn people data and management information into meaningful insights and recommendations that drive performance.
  • A proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and deliver results.
  • Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills, able to establish credibility, gain trust, and positively influence outcomes at all levels of the organisation.
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working across a multi-site organisation and contributing to a high performing HR team while operating independently when required.
