Summary of the role: An excellent opportunity has come available for a People Support Administrator to join the People Function at Diligenta.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations, providing administrative support across core processes and key business areas. You’ll support the delivery of the people plan through accurate data management, effective coordination, and hands‑on involvement in HR activities.

What you’ll be doing: - Support and educate managers and staff on self-service HR tools and processes.
- Guide employees to appropriate policy and process information.
- Maintain accurate data across HR systems and MI reports.
- Manage approvals via italent in line with HR processes.
- Act as a contact for HR queries, escalating when required.
- Analyse and report on people data to track progress and support decisions.
- Assist in delivering local engagement initiatives and corporate programmes.
- Support presentations, people projects, and internal updates.
What we’re looking for: - Strong HR administrative capability with experience handling a range of people processes and HR queries.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to support and work effectively with employees and managers.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative HR team environment.
- Comfortable working with HR data, producing reports, and supporting decision‑making through accurate analysis.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) or a relevant HR/Business degree is desirable.
